Bosu Ball Cardio Ideas by Leanness Lifestyle
Cardio doesn’t just have to be running, ellipticals and stairmasters. I get bored to tears with standard cardio and I find it easier to get lost in the music and just move. The time flies by! – David Greenwalt

Beginners: be careful with pylometric athletic movements. You need to have a solid athletic base to perform them: coordination, balance, agility, physically fit ect…
I’ve seen numerous bosu ball knee popping, ankle twisting, bone breaking accidents happen from non – athletic weekend warriors at the gym attempting such movements.
Fitness is a gradual developmental journey. Be careful!
Wow. Hot!
