hi… i just found your website 1 month back and started doing boot camp workout and 17mins at home cardio.. i do exercise religiously.. after my delivery i have lost 9 kgs in 1 yr now and i have tried? evything but cudnot reduce my tummy.. please suggest me which exercises should i club and do everyday.. can you suggest me the timetable..

You can find that on our website (sorry, it wont let me post a link). Congrats on losing the 9kgs, but I have a question – are you at a healthy body weight now? You can’t spot reduce (i.e. lose fat from only 1 place) but if you are still overweight, that may be why you feel you can’t reduce your tummy.
@FitnessBlender thanks for the reply which is really really useful. i have a healthy body weight. i was 54 before pregnancy and now 56. i have reduced fat from neck, thigh and almost from all the parts. but after delivery due to C-SEC i had a very big tummy and i could reduce only 50% it.. now my aim is to get almost a flat tummy and to strengthen my whole body. i will check for ebook? 8 week body makeover

@preethagopal Yes, for the more intensive program that tells you when to do which workouts (there are 24 unique workouts total Boot Camps + many Cardio Workout Days in the plan), you should buy the eBook (don’t worry, we priced it very, very inexpensively so? that people can afford it!).

I have to do these alot quicker than the video shows if i dont? i wont get a workout in
I really need help… ok I’m at a healthy body? weight now I went from 148 to 129 (I’m 5’3) in about a month, but that was three months ago. I workout just about every single day, and I eat about, if not less than, 1200 a day…. my stomach is REFUSING to go away…. what do you suggest that I do. I detox…. I eat mostly fruits and veggies… and I cant seem to lose my gut…. it’s so discouraging.

@VintageousZecare You can’t spot reduce (lose weight in one area), however, I would? suggest our Thigh Slimming Pilates Leg & Butt Routine for toning. Ample cardio will help you lower your body fat, as well.
@khokhochanel You are not eating enough calories, especially if you are working out every day. I know that sounds backwards but it might be what’s slowing your progress. Congrats on your weight loss- it may be that you? just need to wait a bit longer for your skin to go back to normal (your new weight) in that area. Keep up the workouts & start eating more – give it time, it will happen for you.
can you tell me how to lose the fat on my back, underarms, and stomach. i changed my eating habits by eating salads protein shakes, fruits and vegetables, turkey chicken and fish, whole grain? bread, coconut water, soy milk. i cant lose the fat in these areas.

@khokhochanel I bet it was hard but you probably feel so much better, right? I can’t tell you exactly what your calorie intake should be but you should never eat below 1200- especially if you are active. Find your resting metabolic rate, then add calories according to your activity levels- just leave a deficit of 500 for continued, sustainable weight loss. @lscrml With the limited info you gave, I can tell you your diet sounds pretty good (though you likely? don’t need the additional protein of the shakes), but if you are overweight & wanting to lose in those areas, you may just need to drop your body fat % overall. I just did this 19 minute exercise routine and was able to adapt it to no impact on my bad feet (no jumping) and I’m sweating up a storm! I need to do one of your videos every day! I SO? need to get in shape.
@hummdingertub Way to modify & make it work for yourself. If you start doing our workouts every day, there is? no way you can NOT get into shape!
