Cardio Circuit and HIIT Program-Fat Loss Workout
Richard Chan demonstrates a fat loss workout that will help you burn fat and get you lean quick. The interesting fact is that you don’t need any tools or equipment to perform either workout routines and just bring yourself to the exercise program since it will be body weight exercises. Add, remove or modify to these standard exercises as this is a platform that you can definitely build upon. The Cardio Circuit will assist you in burning calories quickly and get you lean besides giving an interesting twist to your workouts. The High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) program is relatively quick and the routine is generally performed between 15-20 minutes of high intensity which will sky rocket your metabolism. As well, your body will be burning calories of up to 24 hours after your workout. Be sure to warm up and perform a cool down for either workouts so you can bring your heart rate down to a normal state.
