@Gillardemma123 You need to incorporate both. It doesn’t really work with just one.
@shannystars I think you would be able to if you did it like this: Do this workout after every meal (3 times per day), and just make your diet a bit healthier.
i’m just done doing this about 4 rounds, and wow i feel more better and sweats a lot i probably continue doing this till i get results:)

@dewdrop1676 well, you have to eat properly, not junkfood, and exercise every day.
These step aerobic fitness chicks are pretty hot, but high intensity stuff doesnt burn as many calories as people think, neither does it after exercise, you gotta do stuff you can do for long periods of time like walking or running. High intensity stuff is good for increasing your cardio performance, but it burns sugar calories(4 cals per g) vs fat(9 cals per g)

Best way I’ve found thus far, is to pick the moves from all of these aerobic videos on here, and make my own routine- set it to some metal, or rammstein go for 30 mins every day if I can… 1200-1400 caloric intake, and im down 20 lbs. (60 to go!) hey… i just had 2 babies in a row

I will say this, it is NOT easy. After a week or two you’ll start getting used to the exercise. Try to do the whole video and if you can’t.. just try doing it for twenty minutes.
Keep yourself hydrated though.
