My best guess is that he is throwing a streamer (probably a leech pattern – or similar in white or cream)…
That little stream holds quite a few fish..
It’s similar to a stream that runs through Twin Falls Idaho called Rock Creek.. Slow, off color water but a ton of brownies that runn a 1/2 lb to a lb and a 1/2…
