ABOUT DULCINEA: BIO: I have been actively involved in the fitness industry for about 14 years. I started teaching Group Fitness classes in College at Penn State: Hi/Lo Impact, Step Aerobics, Power Training, Freestyle Jump-rope, Kickboxing, and more. When I moved to Los Angeles in 2000 I started Personal Training as a second job at Bally Total Fitness. I graduated on top of the Bally’s PT Fundamentals class, but quickly outgrew the gym trainer atmosphere. I continued to work for Bally’s in their Group Exercise department leading fitness classes, but decided to take my Personal Training

    @Clemenza991? its just a guess, and it depends on how hard you push it…but i would say quite possibly 750-1000 calories burned on a med-high intensity level

    Is this the appropriate excessive to strictly lose the body/belly fat
    I know about endurance and strength training but I would really like to be educated on slimming down!

    I would like to know if this will help me lose weight in the bottom part of my body, I do have a huge hips that i really hate :-( and a small top? please let me know? what is the best work out I can do to lose weight in my hips, thighs and butt :-( (

    @bravewoman I have some other videos out there like? Killer Curves, Mini-Dress Fit, She’s got LEGS, Brazilian Butt Builder focused on hips, thighs, and butt…they’re all free…go find those :-)

    Another great one! Just when I thought I had mastered your workouts…you hit me with another challenge! :o ) Thanks…I never knew those jumps would get me that tired. I actually had to pause and get a sip of water. I like the new studio! (besides the rude people interrupting the taping).
