    You shouldnt do behind the neck press imo.. this exercises causes alot of injurys, now i dont say it definitely will, but theres a chance. you should do a military press instead of it.

    i really like what kevins up to here. hes still bigger and stronger than the norm but he seems cool wit the fact thay hes no longer such a freek (i mean that in a good way). i hope he continues to train like somewhat of a normal person and is successfull at everything.
