I don’t get it… Mountain climbers are not “extremely difficult” to do. Muscle ups are difficult.. This isn’t harder than jogging. And I am not extremely light, I weigh 190 pounds.

This doesn’t look like an exercise for a beginner. Maybe for a person who is in shape and has been doing cardio for some time.
