I haven’t tried this yet – just browsing workouts for now, but I am liking the looks of this one. I don’t want to just workout for 10 min a day tho! How many times should I do this workout? Or which other ones should I group it with?

They say it’s good to break your workout into small pieces. So you could do this 3x a day for a 30 min workout or this and 2 other ten minute workouts. I’ve read breaking it up helps boost metabolism etc.

my day one, of actually doing this, and yes its a good cardio work out, since i cant go to the gym, i find this very helpful..
Each exercises is based on time (watching the clock), so on one side I must have gone faster than the other. Since this is cardio, one extra rep on one side really won’t matter.
With a healthy balanced diet, Yes!
i have NEVER exercised in my whole life, but now i’m working on getting more fit.

ha, ive bewen doin this one and the jumping workout for about a month now and my internet was down last night… i was able to visualise the entire workout in my head..Its really good. i think its the first workout routine i’ve stuck with for this long
