I have a question.? Would this exercise also be good for a female just trying to lose weight and not technically gain muscle??
@AlanaPower111 Definitely. These movements will not make a female big or bulky. I would estimate if you use high intensity, then you can? burn up to 200 calories doing this 10 minute routine.

@AlanaPower111 I see HasFit has already answered but just wanted to tell you that it has helped me lose 5 lbs so far. I’ve been doing this 10min workout once a day for about 2 weeks now (also changed my nutrition + LOTS of water). My stomach and arms are a lot smaller and I feel better too.
Also, yesterday I got weak and didn’t quite stick to my healthy nutrition (candy, cookies oopsy…) and thought I’d gain but ended up losing 0.5lbs. I think it’s because of this? workout!! Yay!

@AlanaPower111 I’m not big on working out a lot so this is the only workout I’m sticking to right now
Ultimately I’d like to add some other workouts or switch it up but as of right now this is working so well, I love it. I think what helps is that Coach Kozak is so motivational, it keeps me going! I say, give it a shot and do this for a few weeks every day and you’ll notice? the differences and how your body begins to change. it’s amazing!

I would like to ask,if I can do this workout every day? or it would be better to have some rest to regeneration.And is it Ok if I do this workout 2x or 3x in one day.I mean,what is the quickest and the most effective way to loose weight.

@Vladas092 Everyone is different so it is hard to say what is best, but for most working out 5 days per week is best. It gives you a couple days a week to recover, but still lets you? work hard and often. You should push yourself at each workout whether its doing a video 3x or 1/2 a time .
