Warming Up with Cardio

TheBestWayToExercise.com Training the muscles is one of the most productive methods of transforming your physical structure and physiological strength. Though I promise to provide an exact blueprint to follow, there are countless variations to help prevent fitness routineness. There are a handful of training tricks which will help to maximize the effectiveness of any program that you choose to choose. Warm Before Work!! Even on your non-cardio days, your muscles must be warmed up before you can safely, and most effectively, perform strength training exercises. No matter what, always perform at least five minutes of whole-body sustained exercise before targeting specific muscles with free weights, resistance machines, or even intense calisthenics. Even if you are really tight on time, it is always better to shorten your workout than to shorten your warm-up. Play it safe and start up slowly. This video, with Doug Jones from Stand Firm Fitness, shows you The Best Way to Exercise with a quick cardio warm-up before working out with weights. Strength Training is the most important aspect of almost any work out program; however, it is crucial to make sure that your muscles, tendons, and ligaments are ready to contract and stretch without stretching and straining. Thank you for watching enough to notice. :-)

I am working with some new encoding software and testing out different variables to see which work best for all of my online media ventures.

Encoding for multiple platforms can be a little tricky, especially if trying to provide the highest resolution per file size.

I’m sure you can relate based on your “testing” video posted on your channel… first one in almost 3 years? It’s a pain in the butt, huh?

Lots of new content soon!! Keep watching!!!

i like it when you flash incredibly hot girls who are almost naked for almost no reason. like in the middle of this one i think it would be nice to show a hot chick in a bikini doing cardio for no reason. :)

oh ya, and i know another “one handed” excersice. it involves a tissue, it’s great for cardio and stamina. :)

    good info, thx
so how intensive should that warmup be?
    moderate or light?
    or even somewhat harder allowed?
it seems to me you are a bit out of breath already, so i suppose it can be more intensive than light?
