WEEK ONE: EASY QUICK CARDIO WORKOUT

this is my 7 week and am ff up lol and i have a ?????? how many weeks do i need to do
try and make it through all 12 weeks OR begin mixing up all of the week 1-12 cardio clips to fill 45-60 mins of cardio daily…if fat loss is your major goal.

Congrats on making out of week 1!! You keep pushing ! What you will soon be able to do is mix up the clips as you advance throughout the weeks…watch that eating around your workouts…review the lesson 3 and lesson 4 clips!

This is day 3 for me but Ive been doing wk 1 cardio twice a day b’cuz I feel like the workout is 2 short 2 get desired result …though i do the workout @ 2 seperate times, once n the morning n then n the evening. But on day 2 i combined them with other videos like the insane stretch , then wk 1, n i finish with the butt n thigh 2 method trick…I have also alter my eating habits n Im taking pics..I feel the burn but it’s only making me stronger and anxious to see the results of hard work.
its because once you burn all your avaliable glucose your body goes though a biochemical process which allows it to consume fat as energy.
