WEEK TWO: EASY QUICK CARDIO WORKOUT
Learn the method here at makingthebest.wordpress.com This is to be done 2-3 times with little rest if you can! This workout SHOULD be done daily for the full week two. You will need to do two things FIRST!! 1. Find out your maximum heart rate zone and workout in it for 20 minutes the first week. Don’t know it? Go here: www.makingthebest.com 2. Once you finish your cardio WAIT ONE HOUR before eating. Only drink water during that hour. This is all based on science folks… it works everytime.

hey! yeah i had a little try its a bit difficult i was recovering from a broken collarbone, im alot better now, i think i will have another go, my movement is alot better-might hurt when u do the “swimming” type action tho, it makes the plate in my shoulder ‘grind’

Really good actually, I need to loose just 10 pounds in 3 months so this is really making me sweat this is great i’ve never felt so good!

Yes I am..still sweating yesterday I tried this 4(for) times && my body was challenged to stick witchu through out the video.still in there.
Day 3..havent been on lately so I am doing more than what I am usually doing was sick yesterday and missed a day.
